My Secret to College success

There was a time in my life where I once believe that college was not an option for me. When that moment came upon me I cried. I was in disbelief and I refused to accept that fate. I am number 5 of 6 siblings and although i may not be the first to graduate from college I will be the second. This was the lowest point in my life. I couldn't even find the courage to keep trying. It was after this that i discovered my worth. What I deserve and what I will and will not endure. I started to find that the greatest love of all is the love I have for myself. I had to start fighting for myself before i let anyone else fight for me. There weren't many people willing to fight for me but that didn't matter because I believed in myself. I believe that I was worth a college degree. I was worth a school scholarship. i realized that what other people fated me with wasn't my real destiny. For my destiny is bigger than they know. My destiny is brighter than they allowed me to shine and I will prosper for much longer than they can fathom. I believed that I would make it to college and I did. I believe that i can make it through college and so I will. Believing in yourself is the most important secret to being successful and this is my testimony.

When to Cite information ? ( I gotchu)

Plagiarism  occurs when outside information that is used in an essay is not cited correctly or cited at all.  Once a source is found and incorporated, the source needs to be cited.  Always properly cite an author's original idea,  regardless of whether you have directly quoted or paraphrased it.   Your source citation of a book, website, article, or dictionary shows that an expert backs up your statement and tells the reader how to find the facts. All In all siting your information is an away step and very much necessary to avoid any major errors of plagiarism that will result in an F and further action.

The Experience of Essay #2

Ok so to start this essay was way much fast and easier for me to achieve. Which is honestly surprising after all of the problems that I have been having with life. This is because I originally thought I was behind my class. I was out for a week so I had checked the schedule and idk. I was wrong complete and freaked out for nothing. Because I thought I was behind I went home the next day and wrote my essay that night, not completely finishing but having for paragraphs. This essay definitely required more information and searching. I had to be more careful about how I worded everything and to make sure they were all supporting my thesis statement. It was much easier because I was just providing information to the reader while supporting my thesis. I also always try to pick topics that I know interest me, so it is easier for me to find a flow of words.

College + Life = Struggle

College students often struggle to keep up with their schoolwork while also keeping up with life. Life comes quick and when college is involved it multiplies. School in itself is a personal job, you have to manage your time, grades and life all at once. School is more advanced and challenging than what it used to be. Many people who push to achieve an education but also have day-to-day life problems struggle. Colleges often try to be more flexible for their students and also teachers so that everyone can prosper. Most students have a job and also have to balance school and work life. This often causes stress and once we are stressed all hell breaks loose. Your hair isn’t done, you look like a bum you got 6 assignments due tomorrow and you got to work til’ 12 pm tonight. That is what you call quitting time. (lol,JK) College is the first real taste of independence for a lot of people. This means that many of the decisions that were once made for y...
